How it works
We shadow your week
A short time audit shows where your team’s hours actually go.
We pick the biggest time savings
For most law firms, intake, conflict checks and engagement letters are the biggest wins.
We build and test
Workflows connect the apps you already use, with SI steps for reading, sorting and drafting.
You approve before launch
Your team sees each workflow run on real examples before it goes live.
We watch every run
Failures alert us immediately, and fixes are covered by your retainer.
At a glance
- Typical time saved
- 6–20 hours a week
- Time to launch
- 2–4 weeks
- Connects to
- Clio, MyCase or your practice management software
Your business runs on information moving between apps: from an email to a spreadsheet, from a form to an invoice, from a signed contract to a project folder. We find those handoffs, connect your apps with Zapier, Make or n8n, and add SI steps where reading, sorting or summarizing used to need a person.
Ground rules
The assistant never gives legal advice. It explains what you handle, gathers intake details and books consults; anything that sounds like a legal question goes to a person.
Anything that moves money or sends something legally binding gets a human approval step unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Questions
Will it work with Clio, MyCase or your practice management software?
In most cases, yes. If your software has an API or a Zapier or Make connector, we connect directly; if not, we use email parsing or a synced calendar. We confirm it in the free audit before you pay anything.
Zapier, Make or n8n?
Whichever fits your volume and budget. Zapier is simplest, Make handles complex logic cheaply, n8n can be self-hosted. We explain the trade-off in your plan.
What if an automation breaks?
We monitor runs. Failures alert us, and on a retainer we fix them without a new invoice.
