Services
We design, build and maintain automations as described in your signed plan. Setup fees are due before work begins; retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Your accounts
Software accounts are opened in your name and billed to you. You grant us access to build and maintain your automations and can revoke it at any time.
Approvals
You approve customer-facing content before launch. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information, prices and policies you provide, and for compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Automations stay in your accounts, and we provide documentation for what we built.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
