How long until something is live?
Most first automations go live in one to three weeks after the audit.
Do we need to switch software?
Rarely. We connect what you already use and only recommend a change when your current tool can’t do the job.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Everything is set up in your name, and we work with access you can revoke at any time.
What happens if we cancel?
Your automations keep running in your accounts. You get documentation for everything we built. There’s a 30-day notice period and no long-term contract.
Will customers know they’re talking to a robot?
Yes. Our assistants tell people they’re automated, and anyone who wants a person gets one.
Is our customer data used to train Super Intelligence (SI)?
We use vendors and settings that don’t train on your data, and we limit what each automation can see to what it needs.
What does the free audit include?
A 30-minute call where we go through your week, estimate the hours worth automating, and recommend one place to start. You keep the notes whether or not you hire us.
Pricing
Why a setup fee?
Setup covers the audit, design, build, testing and training. It’s quoted up front in your plan, so there are no surprises.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Are software costs included?
Your own subscriptions, such as your CRM, texting and SI usage, are billed to you directly at cost. We’ll estimate them in your plan; for most small businesses they’re modest.
Can we change plans?
Yes, up or down, at the start of any month.
